The Eco Plan ensures every door, cabinet, and any other objects with a hinge get properly lubricated, as well as cabinet bumper replacement and chair leg pads. All hinge squeaking and loud slams can be hindered with this plan. This plan also includes 2 standard lightbulb replacements and Essential battery replacements in smoke detectors and alarm systems. 

The Drip plan includes everything offered in the eco plan, plus 1 more standard lightbulb replacement per month, 1 Light switch/ outlet cover of any size once a month, plus AC filter change every 6 months, and a Driveway pressure wash once a year. 

The Rain plan includes everything in the Eco and Drip Plans, plus 2 free toilet internal replacements per year, but now also introduces lawn and irrigation care. If you've ever run over a sprinkler head, you'll understand that this is essential. Free timing adjustments, head repair and replacements, leak repairs, and non-detailed lawn care (includes mowing, edging, and blowing) 

The Storm plan includes everything in the rain plan plus flower bed detailing for lawn care, de-weeding and fertilizing your lawn and yard every 4 months, plus an AC filter change every 4 Months, and a driveway pressure washing every six months. This package is your complete home care with lawn essentials, home essentials, plus you receive free standard lightbulb replacements year-round. 

The Flood plan includes everything in the above plans, plus free AC filter replacements every 4 months, free lightbulb standard replacements, 2 decorative or outdoor replacement lightbulbs every 3 months, free light switch and outlet cover replacements, a rug deep cleaning every 6 months, and one 30-minute emergency visit per month as needed.
